I never quite expect a "flawless" newborn photo session, because well, babies do what they want 100% of the time. Beau truly may have been my closest to flawless I've gotten yet with a minor fuss in the final two poses, but hey, I was a bit exhausted after 2.5 hours as well.
His parents pretty much gave me free range for his session in terms of color scheme. They brought a few sentimental items but I had set ups waiting and ready to go when they arrived. I have been DYING to use the a handful of the new props my amazing studio partner got and I finally got my chance. Both Bailey and Eric loved what I picked which made me even more excited.
We started with family poses per usual, Benjamin was the best big brother ever during their photos together. He and his dad left so he could go to school and Bailey and I talked each others faces off while I flew through the rest of his portraits. Hopefully, little beau left all that good juju behind for the babies that will follow him.
