Though I didn't get the opportunity to photograph Joys maternity (As explained in Lincs Newborn Blog ) I still NEEDED to get Joy in the gown I ordered for her session. With hesitation, I asked if sunrise at the beach was possible. I mean, exclusively breastfeeding a newborn, a toddler in tow, getting the family up and ready to be at the beach by 6:30am is no easy task. Nonetheless, 6:30am on the beach we were! I started with Lincoln solo. I have had this boat prop for just about EVER and I was finally getting the opportunity to put a baby in it! ( newborn photographer

He wasn't as sleepy as I'd hoped, and he wouldn't keep his little hands under his chin, but his adorable little self still got me the shot I needed and waited what felt like a lifetime for.

I mean LOOK A THIS BABY!!!

Linc started to get a little squirmy so I went ahead and wrapped him on up and the rest was smooth sailing. ( possible pun intended)
